Understanding how emotions can be the doorway to a deeper awakening, rather than an obstacle or hindrance, is a vital part of the spiritual journey that is often overlooked.
In this Online Meeting, Kavi will explore how the denial of emotions on the spiritual path does not resolve them but only pushes them further away into the shadows, from where they may manifest in a myriad of different ways, from depression to dysfunctional relationships and addiction, even to illness.
His invitation is to include everything that arises as part of the human emotional experience, without over-dramatizing or over-attachment.
There will be time for silence, discourse, and Q&A.
The meeting is 90 minutes in duration.
You can join from anywhere in the world either live or have access to the audio and video recordings.

Please note — registration will close approximately 5 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
If you cannot join live — you will have access to the Audio and Video recordings within 2 hours of the end of the meeting. Recordings are available for two weeks after the event.
